R_T_S is a booking platform for shuttle transfers. The offered service is a door-to-door shuttle service from or to airports, hotels, train stations and all destinations in nearby suburbs around Paris.

Using the R_T_S booking system implicates full agreement to the general conditions and terms with the unconditional agreement of all provisions within.

R_T_S reserves the right to update to these conditions (changes in existing regulations, pricing) at any time. We invite you to read them terms regularly.

Booking conditions

Reservations can be made up to 48 hrs., for less than 15 pass., and 2 weeks for more than 15 pass. before the date of your trip, for a Round trip or one way trip upon arrival or departure. Last minute bookings can be made up to 24 hrs., by telephone, before the date of your trip, depending on the real-time availability of our drivers.

One of our agents will register your reservation and provide you with a written confirmation; booking online will automatically provide you with a written confirmation and an invoice showing the total amount. Remember to always travel with your booking confirmation and reservation number.

Unless prior agreement has been reached with our office, any service not paid before the deadline, provided by our staff members, our site or other supports, we can cancel your reservation without providing any service. You acknowledge that your personal information has been provided by you in order to make your booking. You authorize R_T_S to keep your personal information in our system. This information is subject to existing regulations including requirements delegated by the CNIL. According to the French law, in “Computer Hardware” Freedom 78-17 of 06/01/1978, you have the right to access and correct your information personally. You can exercise this right through our services simply by calling or e-mailing us.

R_T_S keeps it moving to offer you the best quality of service possible, in case of force majeure. R_T_S reserves the right to offer alternative solutions.

*If you have booked a Shared Service, you might have to wait for other passengers traveling on different airline upon arrival, which will not exceed 45 minutes. Our Private Service offers no waiting time. If your flight is delayed upon arrival, we will do our best to serve you in any way, within our possibilities from 5:00 AM to 23:00 PM (local time in Paris).

Upon departure from Paris, clients are reminded to respect the scheduled pick-up time planned in advance, so as to insure smooth pick-ups. In order to respect the expectations of other travelers, we cannot wait more than 10 minutes over the scheduled time, specified on our drivers’ confirmation, which is at your disposal.

Transport conditions

R_T_S is a booking platform; the transportation services are provided by one or many of partners. Our rates are fixed and include all taxes, with no extra charge for luggage. All seats are deemed occupied once purchased. Baggage is limited to 2 bags per person for the Shared Service.

For exceptionally-sized or large-volume items, please contact us prior to approval; you may have to book a Private service.

We currently use 8-seat minivans.

Our shuttles are non-smoking.

Transporting one or more persons is possible, only if a reservation exists in our system.

Maximum 8 people per vehicle.

People can form a single group, or be a group of persons traveling to different locations. However, using the Shared Service, we cannot transport persons going to more than three different destinations in the same vehicle. For Private Service, contact us for prior approval.

For previous modalities, the pick-up order may be different from the drop-off order. In accordance with existing regulations, all passengers must buckle individual seatbelts.

Please note that when booking online, our system takes into account the time needed for your pick-up in advance. The times listed on our site for your transfer(s), from one point to another, are based on of many years experience, but may sometimes vary according to factors. Observations are based on daily traffic in Paris and its suburbs. Traffic problems are beyond our control; though we will try our best to anticipate any modifications in your arrival/departure relating to traffic in real time, keeping drivers constantly informed to ensure smooth pick-ups/drop-offs, without compromising our obligations or responsibility.

Pricing

Our rates are available online and for free consultation. Our rates are fixed and include all taxes, with no extra charge for luggage. All seats are deemed occupied once purchased. Baggage is limited to 2 bags per person for the Shared Service. The rates take into account one person, or a group of persons, going to a single destination.

People traveling with pets must provide a pet carrier for their animals. 10€ extra will be charged per animal. For small pets in a closed carrier, owners are expected to be vigilant and pay close attenion to their animal(s).

Direct, secure payment will be made when you are transferred to a secure page to proceed with payment for the service(s), providing us with your card number and other pertinent information. At that time, your transfer confirmation will be complete. Online service & security provided by PayPal.

Modifications

Modifications online are not permitted in order to avoid any problems; for all modifications concerning a reservation, contact our office, so we can effect changes in real time. This service is available, only by telephone or e-mail through contact with our services, from 5 AM to 11 PM, 7 days/week, local time in Paris. Note that additional charges may be requested, to be agreed by telephone, if you change the pick-up time from AM to PM, and deemed payable immediately; or else no additional will be ask for the service.

Cancellation

Any cancellation or change in one or more reservations includes administrative costs and management, but may be subject to the following conditions:

More than 48 hrs. before your transfer, refund of 95% of the amount paid. 24 hrs. before your transfer, 50% refund. No refunds for cancellation on the travel date.

Payments

Payment by credit/debit card is provided by PayPal® online payment service; you will continue to a secure page to proceed with payment for your service(s).

The transaction between R_T_S and PayPal® is encrypted using SSL. During the transaction process, a small padlock should appear in your browser status window. No personal, bank information will circulate unprotected on the Internet, but will be encrypted on your computer for online security.

Legal issues, disputes

Conditions are subject to French law. In the case of dispute, only the courts located in CRÉTEIL will handle the affair.

Intellectual Property

Data, text, images, information, or any other content on R_T_S website is subject to protection under intellectual property law.

Reproduction, adaptation or use, in any form, of any or all of the R_T_S web-site content without the express written consent of R_T_S will constitute an act of fraud, sanctioned by the Intellectual Property Code.

All trademarks and other distinctive marks that appear on the R_T_S website are owned by R_T_S for the purpose of satisfying the needs of visitors to the site; it is therefore prohibited to use, manipulate and/or alter them in any way, without prior written consent of Ruddy’s Transfer Service.

R_T_S reserves the right to update existing conditions (changes in existing regulations, pricing) at any time, without informing clients.
