Process for private shuttles

For your private shuttle, please reserve 48 hrs. in advance. After confirmation of your reservation, note that you must keep with you, your reservation number and our phone number, in case you need to reach us at any time. It takes about 45mn. To 1h from being pick-up to being dropped off. Departing from Disney, you will be picked up at the address that you have given when reserving. Important: contact our office 24 hrs. before departure to confirm your pick-up.

Cancelation: If you have to cancel your reservation, please call us; we can only refund 50% of the reservation price.

One-way prices (add 10% if you are traveling between 8 P.M. and 6:00 A.M.)
