How do I make a reservation?

How do I pay for my shuttle?
All online bookings are paid in advance by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) via a secure website.
You just need to print out the confirmation email and give it to your driver when you arrive in Paris.
How much do children pay?
For Private (and shared) Transfers, children up to 10 years old are included in price.
Is your website secure?
Payment will be completed on PayPal® via their secure and encrypted process.
How far in advance do I have to reserve?
We recommend you to book at least 48 hours in advance, and 2 weeks ahead for bus service, to ensure that we have enough time to process your request. However, we will do our best to accommodate any last-minute requests.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
You must call our office or send us an e-mail mentioning your reservation number, with Cancel in the Subject line.
You will be refunded if you cancel before 6:00 P.M. the day before your transfer, our local time.
Please be aware that if you cancel at the last minute (i.e. the day of your flight), there will be no refund.
How do I find you at the airport?
Upon arrival, before collecting your bags, please call us toll-free at 0800 00 97 04 from any France Télécom public phone.
For a Shared Transfer, one of our agents will inform you of the meeting point with your driver.
For a Private Transfer, your driver will be waiting at the exit of Customs with your name on a sign
Why do I need to call if I have already pre-booked?
It is important that you call us so we know you have actually arrived. It is also useful in case you get delayed at Customs or at Baggage Claim, so we can ensure the driver doesn’t leave without you. Remember to call before collecting your luggage; the driver can then make his way to meet you while you pick up your bags.
What are your opening hours?
Our telephone reservation service is open every day of the year from 5 AM until 11 PM, Paris time. The Arrivals & Departure pick-up service is available 4 AM to 12 PM, on a year-round basis.
What if the office is closed when I arrive?
If the office is closed when you call, please follow the instructions on the recorded message, or on your voucher, in order to find your driver. Your driver will be waiting for you at the meeting point.
What if my flight is delayed?
We will wait up to one hour after the scheduled arrival time of your flight. After this time we will try our best to provide your transfer but cannot guarantee this will be possible.
What are your vehicles like?
R_T_S is a reservation platform; all of our shuttle transfers are provided by private transport carriers with 8-seater mini-vans. All the vans are air-conditioned and non-smoking.
How do I know what time you will pick me up to go to the airport?
Your pick-up time will be indicated on your confirmation. We normally pick passengers up three hours before the scheduled flight time. However, it is important that you call us before your departure to confirm that there has been no change in your pick-up address or flight time.
Where are your pick up and drop off points?
We operate a door-to-door service. We will pick you up from the terminal where you land and take you to the door of your address in Paris.
Upon departure, we will pick you up from your address and drop you off at the terminal from which your flight leaves.
What airports do you serve?
We serve Charles de Gaulle, Orly, Beauvais-Tillé and Le Bourget airports.
Do you operate outside Paris?
Yes, we can take you wherever you need to go! Please contact us for a quote if your destination has a zip code that doesn’t start with 75.
How long does it take to get from Paris to the airport and vice-versa?
Travel time depends on traffic and your address in Paris. The average travel time is about one hour but may well vary.
How much luggage can I have in the shuttle?
You may take two standard-sized suitcases and one item of hand luggage free of charge. For any extra or over-sized luggage, we may ask you to pay a supplement. Please contact us for further information.
Do you provide child/baby seats?
Yes, we do provide free baby seats (upon request) for Private (and shared) Transfers.
Please note that you are responsible for placing your child in the seat.
What if I don’t speak French?
Don’t worry! All our drivers and agents speak both French and English. Our agents also speak German, Spanish and Italian.
Do I need to tip the driver?
It is entirely at your discretion whether you wish to tip the driver or not.
