Process for private shuttles

For your private shuttle, please reserve 48 hrs. in advance. After confirmation of your reservation, note that you must travel with your reservation number and our phone number, in case you need to reach us at any time during your trip. If your flight is canceled or delayed before/at departure, let us know by e-mail or with a phone call. Upon your arrival, give us a quick call to let us know that you have landed and to confirm your terminal. It takes about 45 min. to pick-up your baggage and walk out of Customs, where a driver will be waiting for you with your name on a sign. You will then be driven to your address. It takes about 1 hr. 30 min. to 1 hr. 45 min. from being picked up to being dropped off. If you are lost or unable to reach us, proceed to an Information Desk, where they can help call us or guide you to the meeting point. Departing from Paris, you will be picked up at the address given when reserving. Important: contact our office 24 hrs. before departure to confirm your pick-up.

After submitting information for your booking, you will continue to a secure page to proceed with payment for the service(s), providing us with your card number and other pertinent information.
